When can I expect my order?
When an, in stock, order is places we ship within 5 businessdays.
When you buy a “made on order”, the production of your garment will start after the payment is confirmed. This will take 5 to 12 working days.
When will my package arrive?
The Netherlands 1 - 2 business days
Europe 2 - 4 business days
Or you can pick-up your order at the studio
in Utrecht.
Shipments might be held up by customs, please keep this in mind when ordering. We cannot be held responsible for this delay.
To which county’s do you ship?
We currently ship to all European Union countries (except Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway.
Are there shipping costs?
Depending on the country you live in, shipping costs will be:

Or you can pick-up your order at the studio
for free.
Europe € 9,40 - € 13,90
What payment methods do we accept?
We accept the following payment methods: Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) & Apple Pay. If you like to pay by banktransfer send us an email, with the productcode or screenshot of the item and your size to info@fennyfaber.com
Will I get a receipt with my order?
You will receive a printed invoice with your package that can be used to return or exchange of the item(s).
How can I return an item?
When you would like to return an item(s), you first send an email, within 14 days after the package arrives. Than you send the package back to us in perfect condition. The costs for the return delivery are for the costumer. Refunds for the returned item(s) will be made within a 30-day period. For more information see the terms and conditions.
What will happen with my personal information?
We respect your privacy at all times. Therefore the information you provide us through this website will only be used to process your order.
We will never sell or share this information to third parties.
Data will however be shared with transaction and delivery services provided in the webshop.
Recycling
When it's time to part ways with your FENNY FABER clothes, opt for responsible recycling. Donate them to thrift stores, pass them on to friends, or sell them if they're still in good condition. Also, you can return them to us at our studio's package point (Boomtoren, Vlampijpstraat 84 3534 AR Utrecht),
regardless of their condition. Let's join hands
in promoting sustainability and making a positive impact together!
